We offer beachside self-catered accommodation in Whitianga, New Zealand. Our holiday homes, Sybil’s Place and The Publican’s are located just 100m from Buffalo Beach and Whitianga town centre.

Our homes are set up for families, friends and keen boaties who want to enjoy the Coromandel Peninsula.

One of thing our guests love about Sybil’s Place and The Publican’s is the unbeatable location. You can stroll to the beach in less than a minute, or wander up to Whitianga town centre for shops, cafes restaurants and bars.

Whitianga is the perfect base to explore sights including Cathedral Cove, Hahei, Hot Water Beach, Kūaotunu, Coromandel Town and the rest that the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula has to offer.

For larger groups, wedding parties and charter groups, both houses are adjacent – so rent both!

Contractors and longer term stays , we are GST registered and can offer full service accommodation so all the staff need to do is get to work.
